From Kailua and Waimanalo, drive east on Kalanianaole Highway, and turn right at Kealahou Street. Driving up the street you will see Queen's Gate on the right and Laulima on the left. Keep driving and turn left at Kokonani Street.
Koko Villas homes are all located on two streets - Koko Kai Place and Koko Uka Place.
