This neighborhood is located on a hillside above Ewa Beach. Herbert Horita and Castle & Cooke were the original developers of Royal Kunia. They sold their first homes here back in 1988. There are approximately 2,000 homes at Royal Kunia and plans are in the works to build more homes in the future.
This is a comfortable neighborhood with wide roads, landscaping and paved sidewalks. There are parks for the kids and shopping is close by. Nearby stores include Wal Mart and Times Supermarket.
If you're into golf, head over to Royal Kunia Country Club, just a short distance away in your own neighborhood. Enjoy great views of Diamond Head and the city in between drives down the center of the fairway.
Beaches are not far away either. Just head up Kunia road through Wahiawa, and then down into Haleiwa. Find a nice spot to relax and watch the waves on the North Shore.
From Honolulu, take the H-1 freeway westbound. Past Waikele, take the Kunia offramp (5B) and proceed up Kunia Road. Royal Kunia is just past the shopping centers. Make a right turn on Anonui Street to access Royal Kunia.
From Waianae and Ko Olina, take the H-1 freeway eastbound. Take exit 5 and make a left turn at the intersection with Kunia Road.
